This adorable little dress & panties set is a pale blue with a darker blue small floral print. There is a pleat at each side of the bodice, with little bows; little bows are also on the cuff of each sleeve. It has a white collar with embroidered blue flowers. Easy on & off with the 2 snaps at the back of the neck. The matching panties have elastic at the waist & leg openings. Best of all, it is made from a bonded 80% cotton/20% polyester that feels like velour & is so soft to the touch!!! It appears to have never been worn or washed, so I am listing it as NWOT. No rips, tears, or stains.
