Long Sleeve Floral Dress

NWOT and in excellent condition. Love the vibrant colors. Perfect for your next luau. The waist on this dress has elastic and is stretchy so you can wear it at your waist or lower/higher to your preference. There is a key hole with a bow tie at the neck. Base color is navy blue and with oregano, green, yellow and blue flowers. No stretch. Total length from back of neck to hem is 37”. Sleeves are 28” from shoulder and also have elastic at the wrist. Skirt from waist is 23”.
