Long Sleeve Open Back Tunic Dress

Long Sleeve Open Back Tunic Dress. I love this dress, but I bought it without trying it on. It fits more like a size 4 than a 14. I think it is mislabeled as why it is listed as a size 4 but tag says 14. Has cute mini ruffle detail at end of sleeves and around neck line. Back is mostly open with two buttons to hold it together. It is great as a dress or with leggings. Fabric is glorious and feels great. My loss is your gain on this one! Measurement is from top of shoulder. No lining.
