Long Sleeve Polka Dot Pleated Dress with Belt

Comes with brown braided belt that had slight wear and tear. Dress has side loops to hold belt in place at high waist. Skirt of dress is pleated and lined. Top of the shoulder to bottom of the skirt dress is 35” long. From high waist to bottom 21”. Minor stains on sleeve.
