@sweetstory I wouldnt say you have to wear something under it, when I tried it on I was only wearing a biege colored strapless bra & it did not seem "see-through" to me. It's thicker material than a sheer top.

To be honest I have not shopped at forever 21 in years and I don't remember how their sizing works. If I remember correctly it's kind of the opposite I thought..? like it's either more on the baggier side compared to what you wear,or it's on the smaller side correct??
