Long Sleeved Party Shirt with Bells and Whistles

The most unique vintage collared shirt. It has tiny mirrors on the edge of the collar. Little bells all over it. Tassels hanging from the collar. Gold and silver detailing throughout. Difficult for me to tell if it’s hand decorated because it is so neat and flawless, but it could be! Marked a size S 32-33 Pictured one women’s small, 5’1 fits like a women’s medium.
