This is the Long-Sleeved Ruffleneck Smocked Top by J. Crew in a size 2x. This top has a smocked, stretchy body with a ruffled neck and long sleeves. It is a pull over style with a button near the neck in the back. Fabric is 100 percent cotton. Approximate measurements laid flat: Armpit to armpit: 22 inches, but has a very generous stretch; Length, 25 inches. The top is an excellent condition, with no obvious flaws. Worn only once.
