mountainshadow @tigerburnbright Hi, thanks for your interest :) They originally came with metal backings along with the silicone backings, but they were incredibly loose. Within the first wear, the backs fell off and were lost. I contacted the company to which they replied that this happens sometimes and recommended I use the silicone backs. I guess some people place the silicone on after the metal backings to keep them secure, but the post wasn’t really long enough for me to do that originally. So sorry!
