Long Tiered and Ruched Top

Really fun top with handkerchief cut hem and 4 ruched sections that make cool little pickups in hem reminiscent of the bustle era. New, never worn without tags. Cap sleeves with ruching in center. Pretty gathered bust detail and removable belt/ sash. Attractive button detail with fitted waist. Tiny defect on one button loop that has been repaired but won’t show when wearing. This top has steampunk or pirate girl vibes and would be great paired with pants or leggings. Juniors medium.
