INSIDE IS DAMAGED - the lining is not seen in around the arms, I think it’s be pretty to put back in place if you want to. Doesn’t disturb the function or look of the coat though!

This actually IS a women's coat. The right-over-left closure, the over-sized lapels and exaggerated fabric pattern are all typical of his women's wear.
