Long Velvet New Black Skirt size 6

This beautiful rich and classy looking long velvet like skirt is new with tags by Grey collective. It is new with tags, a size 6. I have measurements in the pictures. The skirt is a long maxi and very flowing pleated like fabric. I could not find a fabric tag, but it has a look and feel of velvet.
