Long Velvet and Lace Skirt - Elegant Detailing

This rich, chocolate brown velvet skirt is elegant and light with fine lace detailing for the lining. The skirt sits high on the waist for an elegant, long-line look. This skirt has a zip closure and a tied waist for looks as well as extra adjustment. Buttons from the top to the bottom allow you to decide how much lace to flaunt - there is no lining below the lace, so you want something underneath to unbutton high.
