Long baby blue layered skirt

Beautiful long baby blue skirt. With double lining that has a shorter thinker material inside with a long thin material on the outside that flow. The shorter material underneath is about 3 inches about the knee and the outer layer falls to the floor. On the bottom of the shirt it has a pretty lace design that wraps all the way around in the same coloring as the skirt.
