Long black skirt

This long black skirt is 15.5 inches at waist but it is elastic w plenty of stretch! For reference, I am 5’5 ish and I need to wear it with heels bcuz it’s so long. Great condition. No tags inside but I’m gonna say it’s a L-XL. It is flowy, comfy and in great condition! The color is a good black, not faded. There are slight marks on waist from the hanger as shown in pics.
