Long blk gownn. Silk top- flowing shimmery bottom

The top is a silky fabric. It has a semi-high waistline divifiding the bottom onto a beautiful free flowing fabric that slightly shimmers in the light. Extremely lightweight and has a lot of gift to it extremely black. I couldn't find the tag on it so I did measurements: from the top of the shoulder the line ideviates the top into the bottom of the dress is 12" Long. The bust line is alprox 38" wide and the entire dress from top-to-bottom is 50 in Long. More than happy to answer any questions.
