Long boho dress

Bright yellow sleeveless upper with bright floral gauzy skirl. The skirt had multiple layers and has ties to lift up the upper layer. Another one of my boutique finds that simply screamed, "Buy ME!" It just belongs on a younger body:). Machine wash in a garment bag and hang to dry. Size S.
