Long cover up

Long swim cover up or tunic top with 3/4 sleeves, ladder strips at center bust, long side slits & sheer bottom. Fabric on top is stretchy 95% rayon/5% spandex, bottom part is 100% poly with no stretch. Sz M measured flat fits 38” bust & hips, 30” waist. Top part is 21” long,31” long dual side slits, 49” in total length. New with Ross tag, not retail.
