janeausten534 @sol3cito okay that’s what they told me when I called they said it’s free unless major damage. But I’ll change my description and if someone wants it like this they can. I have the zipper piece. It’s a 1700 bag so I think the price is still up to my standards. Thanks for letting us know

rrmz84 Does that rip on the strap compromise the strap? As in, will I absolutely have to fix it otherwise it will rip completely? Thanks in advance. The picture does not show the damage very well.

janeausten534 @rrmz84 no not at all but I want to be very clear and honest with you I bought this through here and although I paid $800 they authenticated it. I called Louis Vuitton and they told me to email them pics and they’d send an estimate to fix and they said it is real however since the perso. I bought it from stitched it themselves they won’t for less than $300. That’s why it’s so low. You can fit it up brand new if u like if not it works perfectly and nobody notices that tiny piece
