Long designed dress with lace

Cute design on front, lace under chest and the straps are lace as well. The chest fits me perfectly. I'm between 36-38 D. The dress is amazingly comfortable but does not go down to my ankles. (Seen in second picture). The color is navy blue I think. It's such a dark blue it almost looks black
