Long emerald dress

Formal long fitting dress. Made for a curvy body, this dress is beautiful but my hips do not fill out the hip area of the dress. Never worn out of the house, tried on once. Not a stretchy material. Tie in the back. Side slit up thigh. Back position is longer than the front. I do not have the tag, and I do not remember where it was from! I think Lulus or Venus. Smoke free home. Everything but the hip part fit great. I am 5”9 155 pounds size 32A cup
