Long, flowy white halter dress with colorful stitching on the neckline

This dress is a brand from Marshall’s. It has only been worn a couple of times. There two slits on each side that come up to about your calf. One of the straps broke the first time I wore it so one strap is stitched back together (picture 5) and I haven’t had any problems since. There is a slip underneath that stops at your knees and that is visible. The last picture is how the dress looks on.
