Long form flattering dress

Blue and white stripe long dress with beautiful embroidery tropical flowers around top. Can be worn strapless, on shoulders, or one shoulder. Only worn twice. This is a beautiful dress and washes well. Hang to dry, does need ironing. Super soft and comfortable. 100% Rayon, hand wash in cold water.
