Long halter dress from Express

This is a black and white halter dress with sequins under the bodice. I could not find the tag with the size, but I wear a small in these types of dresses, so I would guess this is a small. It’s a maxi dress, comes from a smoke free home, and was worn maybe twice. It’s a polyester material, hand wash cold. It is in excellent condition.
