Hi! I'm interested in this item, but can you tell me the measurements for the width of the skirt when you measure flat across the top, and also about how many inches it stretches? Thank you so much! 😊

Yes! The top of the skirt elastic rests at 26" around and up to 46" comfortably! Its a pretty solid "One size fits most" piece of clothing! I appreciate the comment :)
