Long royal blue sequin dress

the prettiest dress ever, the train is the perfectttt length and the color and pattern is gorgeous. the deep v cut is so flattering, would look stunning at prom!! never worn, w/ tags size 8 I NEED THIS GONE, VERY OPEN TO OFFERS i wanted to wear this so so bad, but it was a little too formal for my event and was too big :((((
