Long short sleeved dress, can be dressy too,

This is a very nice long dress, either casual or dressy. Sz M. ByKaren of Karen Kane made in the USA. Scooped neck. My daughter cut out one of the tags, but I think it is polyester. Fun to wear to a pool party.
