Long showstopper dress, snakeskin, open arm

I looove this dress but too small for my top part. Never worn, tags still on. All cotton- NO stretch material. Preferable for small bust. Long dress, that opens and has short under fabric slip. Arms are open and has cuff tie/bow. Side wrap/tie.
