carly1470 @momandda I’m so sorry for not seeing your comment before, the dress is more fitted than loose but it’s not tight throughout. The waist area is the most fitted, there is a shape to the dress but it’s kind of stretchy also if that makes sense? If you’re still interested I can give you measurements if that helps? :)
