Long sleeve smocked bodice dress in black with a white dot design. Has balloon sleeves with a gathered cuff. High frilly neckline and a flared skirt. Soft and lightweight fabric with a single button keyhole in the back. Perfect to dress up or down for any occasion. Best of all it has pockets! I wore it once for a wedding but realized it’s not really something I would wear again.
