Long sleeve asymmetrical top

tan and black long sleeve asymmetrical neck and hem panels added to give more flare to bottom half making it very flattering.. notice hems are not sewn not sure of material but it is Jersey like so has some stretch and is very thin.. picture with hand is to show this tag says medium but, to me, it runs a bit small smoke free home see pictures for approx measures
