Long sleeve black vinyl stretch turtle neck dress

this item is originally from Derek Heart but was purchased at Ross as a last minute going out dress for the winter. I never wore it because it was too small but I love the way it looks on me. It hug really well in all the right places and has an open chest for your tatas 😉
