Long sleeve button up shirt

Blue with white polka dot long sleeve button up shirt. Has silver buckles on each sleeve for rolling up sleeve. Purchased used and I only wore 2 times for a 50’s style costume. Color is closest to the 4th picture, the deeper blue. Shirt is in great condition, just needs a good iron!
