Long sleeve cut out high low maxi dress

WORN ONLY ONCE to a wedding cocktail hour only. Has a high low hem. Purchased from Planet Blue but cannot find the original listing for model's pictures. Integrity of new/original condition maintained. I am a 34 B and wore with nipple petals (not a bra), while there is definitely cleavage -was around a very conservative group and felt appropriate. I also just had, had uterine surgery and the cut was very flattering, no swollen bump showing at all!
