This dress is so pretty. Tea length with pleats. The tag was cut out so I don’t know the brand or original size. The fabric is smooth with a satin sheen with no stretch. Unlined. Waist measures 16” laying flat Length from shoulder: 41.5” Sleeve length: 21.25”
