Long sleeve laced crop top, size “8” us says on the tag. Off white cream color

Brand is divided by H&M, says size US- 8. I think it’s a small but idk if there’s a conversion chart. No pulls. Great condition. Sleeves are see thru lace the rest has the slip as shown. 98% polyester and 2% elastane, so I guess not lace?
