Long sleeve open shoulder sweater

Black v-neck sweater with tie strings and open shoulders. Sleeves flare out to a bell shape at the end, and both sleeves and bottom edge are scalloped. Very cute and a perfect going out shirt in the fall or winter. It is a little showy in the chest area but not too revealing.
