Fabric is 95% polyester 5% spandex. Trumpet sleeve and pleated hem. Wrists and front of waist have elastic. Dress has the appearance of a wrap skirt, but is sewn fully and has an extra piece that comes up and ties (so nothing can come undone and leave you exposed). Gently used.
