Long sleeve “skater” dress for women

Super cute statement dress. Was originally going to be used for a tv segment so tags have been removed but it was never worn. Long sleeve, neck can be worn open or tied in now as shown in pics. Unsure of the brand. Brown/black stripe pattern. 100% Polyester. Lightweight material but not cheap. Lands about lower-thigh for most.
