Light blue wrap across bust. Front area has ruffles. Material is very thin almost see thru, front is not it has double layer. Cuffs have ruffles too. Super cute with jeans n boots. Size tag is gone but it fits a small or medium. Shirt is extremely stretchy. Very small stain on front bottom, it's not noticeably.

corishine @devan hi pic is up. Lmk when uve seen it cuz I'm taking it back off. But I'm a lg and this top is a sm-med but is real stretchy. Arm length is great. Front has 2 layers so not see thru n back has 1 layer so it's kinda see thru. More u can see outline of bra in back. I love this shirt I just won't wear since I gained weight. Lmk if ur interested.
