pessickmga @coloradojk - the fabric does have stretch but do you need measurements? Just let me know. I love this dress but because I am a tall busty gal - it hits short waisted.

pessickmga @coloradojk - so the flat waist measurement is 27 so double it to 54 The pit to pit flash is 23 1/2 the top part has a bit more stretch and this measurement is with it being stretched. As this dress does not have a waist the fabric just cascades down from the bust like shown on the mannequin. Let me know if you have any other questions.
