Long slinky skirt

Long slinky comfy soft skirt, elastic waste with string tie closure on top as well. Stretchy material and swings A little. Comes in black & gray ( pictures of both colors ) Never worn & in great condition. It’s around 34.5” inches from waist band on top of the skirts to the bottom.
