Long stripped Maxi summer dress

Bery cute dress but it appears to be too long. Got this as a present but only wore it once. Almost no signs of wear, very stretchy and comfy. Runs large. I’m 5’3 120lbs and still look good if i wear heels. See other posts to buy the pink suede heels in the pic! Dark blue and white stripes.
