Long velvet jacket & 2 piece black dress

Been in storage, and needs new home. The jacket is very long, 58" from shoulder to bottom hem. sleeve is 24" from shoulder seam to wrist. has a pretty crystal hook closure in front and decorative bling around collar with gold glitter paint added as accents. material has some stretch. The dress is a 2 piece formal style. halter top with full skirt that has a train. top is 17.5" pit to pit, taken flat. 11" from top hem to waste hem. one strap has a small flaw. See pictures, can be fixed with minor stitching. satin feel with embroidery and added embellishments. skirt is 45" long from waist to front bottom hem. waist is 14" taken flat. This would be a perfect addition or modification to a Halloween costume.
