@krnbear sorry I just saw your other message about the designer. It is Little Rosie. There is no tag so I am not sure the exact street size. I will see if I can find a picture to determine what street size it would have been when worn. I can do that tonight. Thanks for looking.

@krnbear she was 5 when she wore the dress. She would haves turned 6 2 months after she won in it. I am not sure the street size but she has always been right on par for a normal street size.
