mehopkins2 @redrumz_ it's 16" armpit to armpit and stretches. This is my sisters dress and she's a 32FF. It fit her snugly. I added a picture of me wearing it. I'm a 32C. I'd say that's the smallest bust size it would fit without gapping. I hope that helps!
