Long woman’s vest

A beautiful long sheer vest. Can be worn over long sleeves in the winter. Navy blue sheer with velvet berry colored accents with some silver woven in. Never worn, still has tags. Size small, but can size up to medium. The bottom is slit on either side to allow flow.
