Long-Sleeve Bohemian Blouse

Never been worn, size marked as "XL" but it fits me perfectly and I wear a size small. Chiffon material, elastic around the neckline so it can be pulled down to be worn off the shoulders or left up over the shoulders for a "peasant top" style.
