Hello! I looked at it , n its kind of a bubble scratch. Its not very 3d. U can feel to touch, but hardly visible without the right light. I uploaded some more pics of it. Thx for the question!

I looked. My best uneducated idea would be to sand and repaint. But I am not totally sure the bag is not vegan leather
