debralojo @galya52 GO into My Seller Tools >Shipping Label Settings> choose 4” x 6” What I found works best is to take a screen shot of the shipping label > crop on screen > then choose Rollo/whatever printer (make sure you are blue tooth connected in your phone beforehand) I definitely wanted to cry setting up my Bluetooth printer.
