Long-ish blue skirt with orange accents on bottom

With these unusual colors, I thought I would always have trouble finding something that would match, but I rarely did. Most any fall color works. Soft velveteen like exterior. Fully lined until about the knee. The little decorative holes on the bottom are literally holes - that you can see through (see pic 2). It's 34.5" long, has an elastic waist of 19" (one side) when lying flat, and a slit 14" long.
